The Go There Guide was helpful and well organized to allow us to quickly turn to any necessary reservations or information. Trip was awesome. With the age of the average traveler on the cruise (us included) we experienced some medical issues resulting in extra "sea" days and eliminated excursions. Probably would have preferred to fly to New Zealand and tour like we did in Australia. The jaunt across Australia was flawless … connections, lodging, flights … could not have arranged any better. I will definitely ring Liz and Butch up when we are ready to venture out again.

Liz worked hard to meet our requests and make sure everything worked well. We found the Go There Guide helpful and a good resource during the trip. The background information was helpful as well, and quite interesting. This was my first time using Liz to book my vacation and I'm glad I did. She exceeded my expectations with her personal service and knowledge of our cruise and ports of call.

Thank you for the excellent job that you did getting my flights re-routed back to Missouri after my flights were cancelled. You had to deal with a very unpredictable situation that impacted a lot of the attendees at the NASAAEP Convention. The 3 am shuttle from Gulfport to Mobile got everyone to their re-booked flights on time.

Your calm and professional attitude were much appreciated, and especially the fact that you were physically present to speak with each one of us. When things are not going as planned, there is no substitute for that personal touch.

My agent [Liz] provided the best vacation (and a nice vacation planner!) for us! She listened to our needs/wants - even down to the gluten-free meals on the ship! She supplied a great packet with information such as what we need to pack and why, as well as suggestions for activities in each port.
