Here, couples can walk together to choose a coconut tree to seal their love wish. It’s private and secluded so you can take your time selecting the right tree for your wish. The concept is based on the famous Pont des Art bridge in France where lovers clipped their locks. (Sadly, the practice there has since been discouraged due to safety concerns and how crowded it got.) The concept of sealing your love with a lock is believed to have origins in Asia even though France is what immediately comes to mind for many. Bora Bora hopes to change that for those seeking a more tropical respite.
Upon entering the grove, you face the tiki and see the four totem symbols posted in front of select trees around the tiki.
